![]() ![]() I still have charcters sitting on a couple of games that I can go back to that I haven't played for years and they are still there. I think it contains character info and I"m worried that's a folder that doesn't come back and I"d lose everything connected to my character but that would be a first for me with mmo's because others I've played you don't lose that if you uinstall the entire game. I think your issue is not DirectX, possibly something else is preventing your stuff from running I think this is probably the ONLY thing that Microsoft didn't royally screw up with Windows 10. I did back it up to an external drive in case deleting that was a mistake. Literally every game I own is not DX12, some were made for DX11, some for DX9, they all run perfectly fine on my computer which has DX12 installed. So I had that folder still in there upon the last reinstall. ![]() If this fails then I have to keep looking as to what is going on but this time I deleted also the FFXIV folder that resides in our User folder which does not delete when you uninstall FFXIV. I decided to reinstall yet again which will take many hours for steam and then that long horrid one with the launcher but I"d rather just try to do something then wait for SE if I even can get intouch with them. I did a diag check and it all comes up fine. I had this before I even had ffxiv and I had it set to on with ffxiv for months. I went to the support center and they only have the form you fill out for email contact and no matter what you do, after doing that again there is no chat support or even telephone number listed though they included that in email but if it comes down to those choices I will try chat support first to avoid long distance charges ( no toll free number, who knows how long I'll have to wait in que). Ticket Number (located in the subject of this email)" To contact our Phone Support Team, please use the phone number listed below.įor faster service when calling, please make sure you have the following information: Select the "Chat Support" option, and this will connect you directly to an agent that will be able to assist you. ![]() To contact our Chat Support Team, please return to the SQUARE ENIX Support Center website and create a new ticket for your issue. Reading back on an email they sent they said "Chat Support Naoki Yoshida, director and producer of Final Fantasy 14, has said not to expect ray-tracing to be added to the popular MMORPG anytime soon, and perhaps not even as part of the graphical. I have looked everywhere and for some reason I don't see any chat support, lol. ![]()
